My pillion sit langs my by die krokodilplaas waar ek die eerste keer Honde ontmoet het.

Pillion riding is good fun - I have found that the bike handles very well if you use the improved traction on the back wheel, and I have been amazed by the hidden spirit of adventure in some ladies who look like they are made of glass.  My own wife and some other "mamba pillions" - I salute you! ....

Thanks Lem.
Seeing that slipway brings back memories. My father and grandfather built it about 60 maybe 70 years ago.
My dad also built the 1 at Rooi els, next to his fathers house so that the old man could go fishing without getting his suit wet.
Both those winches comes from the brickyards at Papegaai berg in Stellenbosch.
