I waited for the boys but by 8.40, nothing?
So, instead of the track that I had found behind grassy park I headed off to look for new places.
Behind Kaylistsha found the best bit of riding to date.
Eat your heart out.
A few tracks were dead ends that involved a lot of sweat to get turned around in.
Hell there is some great riding to be found.
So after that it was still only 10am. Hmmm, lets do the toy run.
I got onto the N2 and raced back home, strapped a volley ball net that I don't use onto the bike and headed off to Ottery.
Found Clockwork and better half but lost them soon after.
Loads of people.
Some pretty small.
Saw some squids trying hard to ride in a way that would guarantee that the only thing protecting them from a swift hard meeting with either Mother Earth or other bikers was a good dose of luck.
Met with a few guys along the way, Mad and Clock again....
...who headed off to Forries for some "rehydration". I passed on that and got into the madding crowd, threw my toy in, grabbed a beer and wandered around.
Bumped into AmaRR, saw MacD at the Bink Thike stand... he was not thinking about bikes...
All in all a great day.
Where do all these bikes go for the rest of the year is what I want to know.
