haha if i had a pair of evil eyes they would have to be ones that i can take out my pocket. any one who knows me will know that their isnt a serios bone in my body. it was actualy my bewilded look and me chuckling to myself at the size of the man infront of me.  ??? thats how it looked

The power of an unhappy customer is much bigger than one thinks. The customer is also always right. Rather make the effort to win the customer over while they are at your facility - once they have left in an unhappy state you can't do any more damage control.
