MX, DS helmets destroyed, anybody know more?

Saw a snippet on SABC news tonight about the authorities destroying sub-standard stuff that failed the SABS (?) tests. Among the items that could be seen on the footage were baby car chairs and what looked like DS or MX helmets. Could not make out the brand or whether there were more than one brand of helmet. Would be interesting to know.

Anybody know more?
