Dunno who saw the Carte Blanche thing on Sunday evening about the cameras. Question: have they installed permanent speed traps at the cameras as well? I seem to remember reading somewhere that they can also determine the average traffic flow speeds and some of those lines in the road seem very much like those that they use at the robots with cameras to trap for speed and red light runners.
