If you have a XChallenge please make sure that the front wheel spacer has been replaced. The aluminium spacer is prone to wear and eventually eats the bearing seal = bearing failure. Rear wheel also needs doing, mine was done some time back as a service item.
Even tho' my bike is out of warranty BM have replaced the spacer and bearings as well as a recall on the battery and given me a new Yuasa. :thumleft:
