I got this bike a few years ago for my daughter but she never took to it. I was under the impression that the bike was scrapped but it never was
and now discovered the license fees are in arrears since 2001. About R 2300-00 including the penalties. I want to fix and sell/ swap the bike. I have been told that
if I scrap it I will only pay about about halve of the out standing fees. The problem with this is that it will have to be registered as a rebuilt (code 3).
Would this be a major problem when selling the bike?
