hi all
I am so frustrated! there is this guy on a Kawa that rides along Hans Strydom, (Garsfontein area Pretoria) in the mornings between say 7 and 8, with a black&white stripey-patterned helmet..
I have seen it several times, but for the life of me cant get a good sighting on the model! Managed to glimpse the Kawa name (in white) on it just the other morning..
The bike is a street bike (I think!), totally black in colour, naked (no fairing).. all the pics I have seen on ER6 and Versys is almost similar - but the exhaust pipes (2 of) of this particular bike run up under the tail piece (most street kawas has the exhaust running low on the side). The tail piece ends in a V-shape. So I am guessing it is a sub-1000 cc bike (looks small), the rider sits upright, so not a street racer.
