Thanks for all the comments guys,  keep them coming! :thumbleft:

That was awesome dude.
definitely has improved my opinion of a Blue Bull supporter :imaposer:

There seem to be a lot of tracks on the dunes and hills.

are there a lot of other guys playing in the area or what?

What in the cave, seems popular?

Thanks again for posting, I'm starting to think I need to start travelling abroad.

If it helps, just pretend I cant spell and my nick must actually be Blueball2007. :imaposer:

I have never met any serious DS types up here in the hills, but there is the odd Quad bike roaming around on occasion (once)and one or two small bikes (once). mostly the tracks come from quads and some feaking mad mountain bike cyclists. Only problem is some of these tracks require "carrying" in places. Makes for some character building riding on a real bike.

That cave is actually an old gold mine. Probably did not have much gold because there is not much evidence of serious mining.

mrhyde, The hill at the back is a pretty easy ride up the ridge, I went up there to get my bearings on the way back.

ROUTE DIFFICULTY
1 = tar
2 = good gravel /pillian friendly
3 = interspersed with sand, mud, sand , bush / not pillian friendly
4 = lots of sand, technical riding 5 = expert only

Holy cow the place is dry!
Beautiful though.
 :ricky:

It is but this year has been weird. We had a misty rain shortly after this trip, very weird for one of the driest deserts in the world: Look at it two weeks later!
