Have heard that in an emergency, 1 front tube (21") can be carried as a spare, and then used either on the front, for which it is designed) or on the back wheel, which has a smaller circumfernce.
Is this safe?
would it affect the speed at which the bike could be ridden (back) on tar stretches?
any risks?
any tips and tricks?
