i think this was tested in a bike mag last year - Capetown area if i remember right.
Think the 1200 won on the straight drag (gravel too - traction is traction...both of them have a 150 rear wheel....) but the Katoom won on the rougher fast stuff (pretty obvious i know)
The top speed of the BM is higher too no?

The BM has more power doesn't it? or am i talking shit? i'm in over my head here - someone stop me talking!!!

the katoom - suits me better i think.... riding-wise.
Think i'd smash the bash-guard on the 1200 straight through the engine on it's 1st ride....  :( pity, cause i like them too  :3some:
