This is a risky thing, imagine the GS wins? The glee from Hentee.  The rom-rom-rom from Big Dom. A joyful sob from Bobnob. Captain Slow on the GO.
Death knell from ChrisL.
KTM riders, wanna reconsider?
As ek jy was sou ek nie so gelyk het nie.

Pointless imho... like comparing a Abrahams with a Rooikat... both are good at what they were designed to do. ::)

This seems like more fun than a 1/4 mile....

Youd think the bmw should win, being 250cc bigger

I think the 800 gs will slap them both

Not likely, I caned Malibu on her 800, she is a good rider and lighter than me, still the 990 came out tops.
If you can keep your head in the midst of all this confusion, you don't understand the situation!

ok so I'm the problem in this thread?  ::)

I can assure you that if there were no warnings this thread would've joined some others in the bin a long time ago.
Some people are very sensitive about their brands - threads like this are deemed trolling by some even before they start.
There's no reason why we cannot have healthy discussions without getting personal.

We've actually tried that. 2009 1200GS fulhouse VS 2009 800GS. The 1200 is definately faster.

PS. Can I join in the dragrace?

990 will win hands down.

990 adventure standard vs GSA

myself and a mate of mine played around some time ago between robots and stop streets.
firts gear is more or less the same, second and third is were the diff is.

at some point i will stop first at the stop street and mate will not stop and just drive bye, i pulled away and in no time caught up and over took him.

NB: this is my experiance and there are many factors that could chance the out come. im not here to name bash! KAPISH?
