Clocked back in at home about an hour ago.
Had an awesome trip to Boshoff, dit part of the route and then picked up a stone or something that put a teeny hole in one of the radiator tubes... so I had to do a bush repair with Pratley steel.
Than the next day the camera batteries expired so I do not have many pics of the event, hence the RR change...
Will upload later today.

As far as the event was concerned we had Zero rider injuries! :thumleft:
One case of bee sting and hand laceration by spectators/supporters.

The organizers put together a splenid route that kept the speed down to more or less what is required, probably contributed to the nil injury stat! :thumleft:

Well done KORC!

What is COC?
Clerk of the course, runs the race and makes sure all safety aspects are adhered to and tries to keep everyone happy guy.

Parked next to a dwindling mud monster.

The road ahead...
Derelect roadside shop, being restored at Wolwespruit...
Out on the route, these ramps make it easy for clearing up as no fences get taken down.
Sunrise... waiting for the mob to arrive.
Pit lane framed.

Two casualties from this trip... my radiator sprang a leak and I think some of those Boshoff Duwweltjies got to my front tyre... had a flat yesterday on the way back from MD and managed to wobble my way to the closest filling station, pumped it to 3 bar and got home... it is flat again this morning. :-\
Hoping to have both patched during the week.
