Thankx to Blazes, Malibu, Jules and all the WD oldies for making us feel so welcome, it was fantastic. Big thank you to the sweepers, I think we woiuld have finished a lot sooner if they didn't have to wait for me all the time. Also thanks to hubby & Clutch who patiently road with me. Now I'v bought some me farmland in some thick sand!! luckily there were lots of helpers to get the bike & me up & going again!! The old dogs opened my eyes to realise how much I stillhave to learn, they make it look so easy, yow, but it's not
Nice meeting you and your hubby yesterday. I thought you did very well for someone riding a Superbike offroad  :eek7:

What a FUN day! The slightly more technical route was fun and fast,
8 of us did the route and we made good time, There were a few spills along the route but everyone rode out with no major problems,

This was a BIG group

Eina!

Ready for action

Thanks Blazes for the planing and routes,
Till next time

Whoever donated straps for the Dakar, I still have a red one and black one. The others should be with Blazes.

Contact me if you want to collect. Both Blazes and I live near the departure point.

Hey Blazes as always a fantastic ride - well done to all who helped to keep the group together - Blazes you rock!!!!
It was great to celebrate my 40th on a ride with such a great bunch of people  :3some: CruzaGirl you were really great and a HUGE Inspiration after 2 years and several training sessions you put me to shame - My bike would have been over more than just once in that sand!! I was proud to be riding with you  :) Keep up the good work and try that standing thing it does work. Get hubby to send you on a one of the weekend / day courses some of  the dogs run.
Misty the new bike looks great and you look so comfortable on it nice to see the big improvement I guess I have Lots  of work to do to get onto your level.  ;)
Having planned to spend the day with Duncan it was great being around people that care!

A very big thank you to Blazes and HVDM.

To HVDM for driving me and my bike all over and even to Blazes house.

To Blazes who helped to get my bike started, first trying to charge the battery and
when that did not work, took out a battery from his own bike.
Blazes even offered to trailer my bike home if that did not work but luckily it did.

Thanks to all who assisted with the loading and the straps for the bike.

Although I did not ride the whole route it was great to meet all the WD and hope to see you soon.

Live and let live
