My daughter and I have tickets for the Netherlands vs Cameroon game at the Cape Town Stadium on 24 June 2010 - kickoff at 20:30 To get there, it seems we have 3 choices - go by car, park at UCT and get the bus to the Stadium (if Busdriver is not on strike); OR go by car to the Strand, get on a train to CT and Taxi to the stadium (if Traindriver and Taxidriver is not on strike); OR get on the bike and motor through to the stadium. Question - where is a safe parking place in Green / Mouillepoint? Or should I rather park in a carpark such as City Park and walk to Greenpoint (having a couple of beers on the way? - this appeals to me!).
