Typhoon bought a GSXR1000 from a dealer 6 months ago...
He has just over 6000km's on the bike...
The bike has a 1year factory warrantee...
1st week of December the crank shaft broke (yes, rather unbelievable I know)...
Typhoon does not wheelie or ride recklessly...but obviusly does track riding etc..
Now the dealer says Suzuki will only cover the parts..but we have to pay for the labour? About R3000
I think that is ridiculous...surely the labour should be covered too?
We have a serious fight on our hands....and I'm am sure is not going to be pretty?
And advice/thoughts?
