Not sure it I should, but what about a topic for things to look out for on a KLE 500?
Here goes: The oil passage plug, a 17mm bold head just forward of the oil sight glass is made of aluminium. It is removed to check oil pressure and the threaded part is hollow so any excessive spanner force will result in it snapping off (like mine) - recomended torque is only 18 N·m (1.8 kgf·m, 13 ft·lb)
