Seems your steering nut is a tad loose - not much.  Wino know how to replace the fork-oil.  I could get to it.  The bike is i n extremely good nic - only 16Ks on the clock - good buy

H

Can't thank you and Wino enough mate.

Though I shall try when I'm there. :D

I'll make a mental note not to drop the bike on the left hand side. 8)

Cheers: Jaq (and Lin!)

It's just a black and red KLR...seen one seen them all.

Could be a twin of the Captain's actually.

I reckon the lime green kermit colored KLR 650's look the best.

Awful color but strangely right for the bike. :D

When do you return to Aus? Mid May? I might still be in the market for your bike.

Although you have been successful in getting a ride (the KLR), from a point of interest some photo's of the above aforementioned bike (unfortunately taken by cellphone. I know, quality sucks!) It is a 1992 model with low milage, in v. good condition, clean, asking price @ R17K.

Watty

Where is this bike? Snap Crackle pop is interrested.

Congrats SCP!  Excellent choice :)
The three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40 and a hammer.  If it moves and it shouldn't, use the duct tape.  If it doesn't move and it should, use the WD-40.  Otherwise use the hammer.
