When is this "Old enough to know better" supposed to kick in?

13 Years ago and still gives shooting pains when the pig bottoms out up front, but it was completely smashed, Main thing is you will loose all strength in it SO DO THE PHYSIO I didn,t and it takes much longer  ::)
When is this "Old enough to know better" supposed to kick in?

Daar was nie tyd om te kyk vir skade nie maar bike loop nog. As iets fout is behoort dit minor te wees.
