So when do we go riding Misty?  Riders don't stay in bed.  They ride.  :ricky:

Hey morning, Nice to see you looking so much better - you are now well on your way to recovery and hopefully it goes quick - know lying in bed makes the days just take so much longer but you will get there  :)

So YEA I'm back home, was rather a sore affair to get out and up the stairs, but here I am and soooo glad to be!!!

Yup ADV, not too worry Cave Girl has organised for me to be hooked up to sanity, she borrowed me her pc and 3g - thanks S!! :) you've been a real life saver.

eSKaPe is taking very good care of me, he even baked fresh bread for dinner tonight  :mwink:

Wont be too mobile for a while, but hopefully be hooked up workwise from next week.

Thanks to all for your thoughts and well wishes - see ya out there  ;)
Get well soon... and get a physiotherapist if you can... they work miracles!

Thanks RobC and yup a physio is on the to do list - organising one as we speak - need to make sure this leg doesnt get too lazy! :)

As CG said I'm doing much better since yesterday. Had such indigestion and stomach wasn't happy so decided to cut down on the pain pills a bit during the day and it has made me feel much better. Think it might have just been a bit too much at once.

At least no pain on the wound and counting down the days till the stitches come out - 8 to go

So ja now the frustrating part, not feeling ill but not being able to move...

Hang in there Misty - It's a bit of a slow learning curve, but soon you'll get some sort of routine sorted out - as soon as most of the pain is gone and you can get by without pain pill.  :thumleft:

So ja little update, as said every day is getting better. The physio is keeping me on my toes :) takes a lot out of me, and its only the beginning, but im getting there. Frustrated yes and already tired of these 4 walls but at least work set up today so the mind can be busy. Will admit the depro set in on tue when i heard eSKaPe and co planning their next african bike trip... but hey then i thought this time they can go in style with a back up vehicle :mwink: Seeing doc on tue, hopefully remove stitches then so will update you then. Thx 4 all the warm thoughts keeping me sane
