I was not too sure where to put this so hopefully its in the right place.
I am looking for advice on riding off road. Now before you laugh at me hear my situation / story
when I bought my bike I wanted a dual pourpise bike hence the 1150 gs to enjoy the best of both worlds.
On the road (tar) I am pretty competent, but have verry little experience off road. I know that there are courses that are avalible to go on and hopefully one day I will be able to go on one. The reality of the situation is that handing over +/- R2500.00 is a little painfull, for a 2/3 day course. I know that the only way to do it is to get on the road (dirt) and do it. So what im looking for is advice on things to practice like standing turning setup etc. and a place to try it out. I suppose that I could do it anywhere but I don?t particually feel like making my name ass in fron of a bunch or strangers. Any ides? Advice? Critizism?
