less high speed wobble due to less win resistance and movement from the fender up front.

in theory yes, show me a 990/950 that has had to stop a mud ride because of it.

the effects you are talking about are minor, same as tires

I actually made the comment based on the 950 that I have been riding for a while...I think Michiel has a pic of it somewhere.

But then, for me..tyres make a huge diff as well. I recently rode a DR with Mitas on (not sure which one, E- whatever) and compared to the Mich Desert, quite a diff...

But let's not detract from Runners build, a good looking bike looking better.

What mods if any did you have too do to the front suspension, how much extra weight is added to the front.
Is there a difference in weight over a stock bike. etc etc
