1. uitgemerk vir buig en sny
2. klaar gesny en word gebak teen 120'C vir 10min, toe gebuig
3. toets om te kyk of al die draaie en hoeke reg oplyn
4. opgesit met aluminium hoekysters wat gesny en afgewerk is
5. TADAA! finished en klaar.

Enyhoe, Kientech se pakkie het vandag hier aangekom, en dit bevat 1xBIGBORE kit jet naald en die DR wereld bekende MIX skroefie. Bike nog by CCC.

Niks te ernstig nie, bike was goed warm en toe dag ek dis n briljante idee om dit biki deur n koue rivierloop te ry(x8).
Wel, Bertie van CCC seg dit kan die oorsaak wees hoekom die topgasket begin lek het. Blykbaar kan die top vinniger afkoel as die barrel omdat dit meer vinne op het, en dit veroorsaak vinniger inkrimping wat veroorsaak dat daai huwelik in die skeidings prosses opge-eindig het. Wag nog vir gasket van VSA.

En ek dag jys op vakansie.! Jy moes maar die XR/DR saam kaap toe gebring het dink ek. Kyk nou net hoe mis jy die bikes.
Ek en die KLR is nog op honeymoon, ek sal dit begin afshow( :imaposer:, n KLR afshow,  :imaposer:) as ek dit klaar goed hard gery het. Moet seg, weet nie wat Oom Andre met die suspensie gedoen het nie, maar nadat ek als weer mooi opgelyn en getrue het, is dit van die lekerste setups wat ek nog gery het.

Berty. Looks like we did the same thing, just in reverse. I got a KLR and then the DR.

I am busy with a total rebuild so I will post what I find here(like bearing sizes etc)

So I've got a '90 DR350S,that makes her the only kick start,so far, on this thread.
when I bought her there was no way she would start with any amount of kicking(my right leg grew extra muscles), only way was to bump start her. Fiddled with carb,cleaned, new jets and float, got it down to a 1 to 2 kick process(not bad considering the BST33 carb on her is worn out)
Right now she is in a million pieces.
