Too true Dux, thats what I would go for

Lots of advantages to them , spares availability is very good and easy to tune , some other carbs on the market are tricky to get right . But for the 350 it would probably be an FCR38 from a 250 MX bike , to get the best out of it a few mods would be in order though . Across the pond in the USA they do amazing things with these bikes .
Thank you Dux! Everything on this bike is in good nick, has only been standing for long.

The biggest challenge on the stock carb is the diaphram at this stage.

Will definitely chat to my buddies for the FCR!

Donít M-Comp have the diaphragm ?
Unfortunately not.

I have enquired at our Suzuki dealer here in Nelspruit. It will be from Japan. Awaiting feedback on price and availability.

Well they substitute old DR750 twins with Yamaha Raptor 660/700 quad carbs, there's another alternative?
also carbs from a Funduro work, I use those then later sourced a spare set of BST's
twin shox, twin drum air cooled

Now to find the elusive diaphram!

I'm prepared to wait for a new one from Japan. Awaiting feedback from the Suz dealer regarding availability and pricing.

The diaphram on top of the carb.

I'll take a pic, and dimensions.

Would also love a spare needle to taper, and improving the mid range.

Another dimension pic. The inner edge of the carb diaphram seat is at about 63mm and outer edge for the diaphram at about 69mm. The ruler increments don't appear that clear when posting on Tapatalk.
