The KLR recently reached the 40 000 km mark (once around the world in a straight line). Wasn't sure where to post this but since we were on a trip when it happened and since it happened on a wonderful piece of dirt road between Groot Brakrivier and Herbertsdale in the Southern Cape, it can just as well end up here:
