This was incredibly funny, but it happens to lots of riders daily. Go look at any BMW dealer and see how bikes are awaiting insurance claims.

Pete,

I don't see what the problem is. There are probably 10 or more bikers there to help him pull the pig out of the ditch. He's the chop who was "windgat" and couldn't take the corner, why are the people in the car Pigs?  :eek7:

I agree, why are the people in the car Pigs?   Its not like its a high speed crash.  The guy landed in very thick grass/small trees.  The only thing that got damaged was probably his ego.   Stupid Harley rider.  :imaposer:

Great road for a bike. notice that the car goes wide on the corner just before the bike comes past.

What aholes in the car if you listen to what they are saying, the bikes came past on a solid line but the driver knew he had gone wide probaly while looking in his reveiw mirror.

What? Are we living in some sort of nanny state where every witness to an inevitable consequence of self inflicted foolishness is charged with the moral responsibility to immediately pull over, politely line up and begin wringing his/her hands in some sort of culturally appropriate demonstration of solidarity with the "victim"?  Within fifteen seconds the star of this video seems to have attracted a swarm of fellow Harley (or BMW for that matter) livestylers who doubtlessly began to administer great sloppy gobs of solicitude, care and concern. So what exactly could the photographer/driver have contributed to this lovefest other than adding another parked vehicle to the congestion on what appears to be a blind (at least to the victim) corner? I'm sure the next group of riders rounding that blind corner at speed would appreciate more absent "pigs" and fewer solicitous "hogs".

If the guy in the car was over the centre line then the biker should not have taken the chance to pass.  Stupid Harley rider!  :imaposer:

Yes its funny... ;)

Great to know that if i dissapear into the woods or bush that you all drive on merrily in your cars. Thanks boys.. >:D

Being the only car there my instinct would have been to stop & assess if the rider needed a casavac. If that's not how you roll then fine..

If you've ever actually ridden a Harley you might like it! I do.

Buuut, regardless of the bikes, the 'posse'/herd mentality and contrived "breker" look is so ridiculously funny that I will NEVER be seen with those guys.

And just for the record, I also do not roll with BMW clubs.  :laughing4:

Was the oke who didn't stop a twatwaffle? If it was a normal bike then, yes. Seeing as it was a herd of Harleys then, no he was doing the right thing. :imaposer:

Must say I agree with you Pete . The rest of you guys, no I don't think it is funny,  the rider may have gotten hurt and if he was seriously injured then the only vehicle to help drives off?  So if a Harly rider gets hurt he must just die . I don't get the humour  ??? They may have been in quite isolated country side?

And the wimpy Americans in the car irritated me ,  as Anton says they went wide so contributing to the accident and they are so scared of everything   :o "oh wow what if they hurt us " , unbelievable  ???
