This is more about common sense than quads. I've seen people play around on MX bikes as well without a helmet. Desert Run for one.
On top of it no medical aid.
No medical aid, no helmet, go play on a machine = Stupid, IMO.
I do feel sorry for the individuals involved. Never nice to read something like this. I hope all works out for them.
