Hi Di, the non-existent "shop" has taken a back seat since we're trying to migrate to a new platform.
Once that is done we'll probably create a new more effective and operational shop.
So please be patient, your call will be answered, you are number 18731 in the queue....

As often stated, WD merchandise has not been available for more than 3 years.  Its not commercially feasible to do in its current format.  We appealed to partner with a more suited clothing manufacturer, but untill now nothing has materialised.

Apologies to all concerned, but that is the current economical reality.

I assume you are ok if someone makes such clothing? What is your expectation in terms of using the wd logo?

WD logo (full and paw) and url are protected TMs.  Any use of those will need to get approval from me.

Forum is happy to consider partnering with okes making branded items, but only via an agreement.  This was the proposed model going forward.

The model basically is for the vendor to make and distribute products we agree on (obviously we don't want the WD logo on anything) while the forum takes an agreed % split of profits.  Part of this deal is obviously to market to the WD forum members.
