A point to ponder is that even if Brett apologises, will be workshop improve? Will the service levels improve?
Unlikely IMHO, esp the competence in the workshop. So up to now they could hide the fact that they are incompetent, but now it is in the open.

They will have to completely re-invent themselves to gain any form of support from this community.
Very true indeed! :3some:

Hi. I am new but dont feel the need to introduce myself to anyone. Just like you wanna be "dawgs" stand together, so do we. The loyal, happy and more than pleased clients of Biking Accessories.

Truth be told i have a couple of thigs to say:

1. TK, be glad that you have not been kicked out of this shop like you have at quite a few other bike shops.

2. TK, if you read your first post, please notice how you contradict yourself.

3. All you people that do not live in PTA or have not been to Biking Accessories yourself, grow up, visit the shop and form your OWN opinion, like grown-ups do.

Cheers.

Welcom to the WD's.

I can commit to visiting the shop next time I am up there, if it still exists.

Is that OK with you?

Hallo BB

Het jy sommer so vanself besluit om die ruiter op die wit perd te wees en aan galop te kom tot die redding? Of is jy die voorsitter van "ons is lief vir Brett" vereeniging. Of is dit die " Brett jy is pragtig" bende
Maybe Brett asked you to head his campaign. Good for you

I think we all know there is always two sides of a story. TK sides and Brett's story. Maar die oomblik toe Brett dreigend raak het hy die pot mis gesit. And now he is not man enough to fight his own fight. Or to stand up and admit his fault. And enter BB to the rescue. Advise Brett to face his own music .... say sorry and let bygone's be bygones. Let him states his side en trek terug sy dreigement   en vra verskoning vir die dreigement. I have bought a number of things in the past from him. The experience was not negative nor postive. Maybe spent R2 000 the last two years  ..... but will never again buy from him ... he is not to be trusted. This is the impression one gets by reading the whole fred.
Mount your horse and of you go in the sunset to the rescue. Mooi so BB

To Brett, BB and JAFA

not sure if you are all the same person here  ???

The thing is, every story has three sides, TK's side, BA's side and the truth. We all (the "dawgs") know and respect this. TK has stated his side of the story and Brett (or BA) has had ample time to come and state their side of the story. We are all ears, maybe TK is talking kak, maybe not, who knows, but the complete silence (and threat) by BA does make it very hard to disprove TK's story, all the other negative comments does not help BA's case either.

All we want is for Brett to state his side of the story, and if BA was wrong, sort it out, apologise and do the right thing, this way you will save some face. The way this tread is going is not at all what BA needs for business.

There have been fuck-ups on this site by vendors, dealers even transactions between willddogs that has gone pear shaped, but in pretty much all cases the other party responded, fixed the issue and life went on, everybody happy.

So Brett, PLEASE state your case so that this issue can be sorted out properly.

Now now boy's. Lets not bicker, the fact is yes there is 3 sides to every story.
In this case there is only one side as Brett is not man enough to stand up and say shit, this is how it went down from my side.
Instead of owning up or saying listen this is what I will bring to the party, he feels that threatening people will be an acceptable approach.
Unfortunately that is not ayoba. And that is what this whole thing is about.
So BB (Bretts Boy) you are welcome to be ripped off or treated like a shop is doing you a favor by selling stuff or fixing stuff that you pay them for, but as for the rest of the WD's who still has half a functioning brain this will be a major skip till proven differently.
But for me, it's like a night out with a porn star, every time I press that starter button. Schneller! Schneller! Tiefer! Ja, ich bin geil! Ich komme!  >:D

I completely agree.

The one thing that worries me though, is that all attacks from the foreign okes on TK have been personal, about him being a difficult customer etc.

Fact of the matter, even if he is, which I really don't care about, why has none of these foreign dudes, BB and JAFA and even perhaps Brett himself disputed the claims made by TK. That he paid for services that he DID NOT RECEIVE!!

Am I missing the point? He paid R810 for services, that were never performed, and no one from Brett's side has even attempted to claim the opposite?

So Brett, did, or did you not do the fucking job as was required and then paid R810 for? ???

In my mind, how difficult a customer, according to you, TK might be, you fucked him over, and that is what is going to deter future customers from your shop. Simple!

But if you did in fact do the job as you charged him for, then why not just come out and say that TK is a liar.

Or admit failure on your end as an owner and manager, kick that sorry, lying and stealing mech in the balls and do the right thing with TK and potentially dozens of customers from this forum.

2. TK, if you read your first post, please notice how you contradict yourself.

3. All you people that do not live in PTA or have not been to Biking Accessories yourself, grow up, visit the shop and form your OWN opinion, like grown-ups do.

Cheers.

Grow up?  Brett needs to grow some balls!!  These "one post" trolls are just making Brett's case worse and worse!  Brett, it only takes one pissed-off customer for you to lose your business!  In today's world, grown-ups listen to their friends and ask advice about scams, poor service and gutless owners of pitiful companies.  The pretty outside of a shop doesn't display the rot that is happening inside.
Brett, do the right thing and stop trolling with all these aliases.  State your case and we will decide if you were correct in charging for work that apparently was not done.  If you keep up with the "satisfied customer" bullshit, you will just damage your case further.

This three sides to a story is bullshit.  There is only one side to this story.  TK's version, which is backed up by photos.

So when BB and Jafa and these okes come on here, they are still not giving us a different version, but either defends Biking Accesories or attack TK a little bit more.

Listen fuck nuts.  You are questioning the Wilddog loyalty and intellegence.

Next time I want your opinion, I will give it to you.  Fuck off and have a nice day.  :)
