When I ride around town, I NEVER see DS bikers wearing gear. Most of the time, jeans and a T-shirt. Sometimes a jacket.
Where is all the ATGATT people claim to wear when going to the corner shop to buy smokes and condoms?
Stuff and nonsense. If I had to wear gear every time I went to a ride to the shops, I'd rather drive a lorry. I prefer to enjoy the ride, the joy of hopping on your boney and the feel of the wind on my arms.

Q: Why does everyone cry ATGATT on the forum (all PC an all) and then not wear it in town? And should we wear it all the friggin time in town?
EDIT: I'd rather enjoy convenient, free riding in town without ATGATT, and ride defensively. You CAN ride safely if you are sensible.
