Enjoy Guys. I will be in the WD tent on the side of the road in the village of Camperdown as in the past. Do you need the boys in Camperdown to keep anything for you.?
Please stop for a smoke and beer.
Enjoy the run and welcome to KZN. Respect :thumleft:

I'm all dressed up and ready to go.
Had a good year of training and ran some good times.
Hamilton, I'll look out for you guys but I won't be stopping for anything this year. Thanks for the support.
To all the runners, I hope you have a good one. Remember every step forward is a step closer to the finish.

It was good to see you guys there and thanks for the support. I always struggle to remember where you park and it was at the last second that I recognized your spot.
I had my best run ever and finished in 8:24
Next year I'm back for number 20, I can't wait.

Well done Sandbank. Next year sub 9?

Well done! That is a great time!

I hope I can train enough to try to get a sub 9. I believe its possible, but I also think a BR medal donít come by luck, you have to work for it. And work very hard  :thumleft:

Are you guys taking some time off to nurse the wounds of the Ultimate Human Race or already planning the next race? What are you planning to run in the near future?

I'm forcing myself to rest, but I'm on a high and ready to go again.
Entered Sani Stagger yesterday and I also have Voet of Africa planned for later this year.

In the mean time I would like to concentrate on faster shorter runs.
