Ice Cream man and myself visited Patrick Trahan this morning, he is in Sandton Clinic "A" ward Orthapedic, with a broken leg arm(4 places) pelvis etc, he was hit head on on his bike on a highway bridge in Nigeria and Airlifted here.
He was amazingly upbeat and not beaten up as I expected except for his LHS he is in great shape, must be on really good drugs.
He finished the Dakar in 2010 and was doing a circumnavigation of Africa for charity, I am sure he will welcome visitors, but not Wednesday I think they will operate again then.
