Kawasaki had a W650, but that was in the late 60"s. Your tank says Triumph?? You say 2000 model. I am deurmekaar.

Question: why did you opt for the W650 (grey), where you could get an officially imported Bonneville / Scrambler / Thruxton?

Unless it's all down to the $$$...

i doubt you can buy a bonneville or thruxton or any triumph for 30k

also the grey argument is so yester year - with the internet and courier etc you can get grey parts quicker than the dealer can get non grey parts

Riding a Husky taught me that parts availability issues are a myth - the world is very small and anything can be ordered, shipped and delivered quickly with minimal fuss. I am sure that with a Kawasaki, it will be a breeze.

It's down to the $$$, just like bobnob said.

I also prefer the Kawa to be honest
