Not sure if this should be here, maybe the mods can move it.
After lots of enquieries, emails, internet hunts etc, we eventually found someone who was prepared to fly our bikes back to Africa. We chose Nairobi - becuase we're not done yet, and wanr more.
So, the bikes flew to Nairobi, from Schiphol, for a total cost of 1440.55 Euro. Not, bad, we feel. Will have to see what clearing costs are on the other side.
Bikes were allowed to fly with one third tank of fuel, and on pallets, which helped a lot. We took the mirrors and screens off, bubble wrapped, then put cling wrap around them.
