It could have been me laying under that dreaded grey blanket on the corner of Olifantsfontein and Bridal Pass roads this morning.
A young man on his Big Boy 125 road bike was T-boned and killed by a taxi who just rode straight into Olifantsfontein without looking.
He apparently had no protective gear on. Not that it would have helped if you ask me.
Very sad sight.
