Dakar petrol overflow?

I've noticed this puddle of petrol (well, it smells like petrol) under my bike, and it looks like it's coming from that little rubber hose you can see in the picture.

Is this normal? This happened after I filled 'er up (and I think the attendant took extra care to fill it right up to the brim :?). Could this be the cause?
