This morning commuting on the N1 from Pta to Jhb probably qualifies as the most exciting, eventful trip (good and bad) between Pta and Jhb ever. Almost got sideswiped, a lot of (calculated) near misses and even having to stop for a cager that purposefully drove right on the white line (can still see his grin in the rear view mirror)! :x I am shaking (not from the cold) typing this.
The N1 was cordoned of following an accident, which turned out quite nice as several bikers gathered and all drove off simultaneously. A couple of Dakars, and a GS1200 al the way to Corlett drive - not sure whether any of them are members of the forum.
