The chaps at Fourways fitted a stainless steel mesh radiator guard underneath the oem plastic one when they replaced the radiator.  I reckon nothing less than a direct hit from a .50 browning will kill it now...

And they do it for free on new bikes if you ask them, they just cut it to size from a roll of mesh.

Sounds like gr8 Service!!  :thumleft:

Just a notice.
After my very lekker and seriously epic run on Saterday. Yes im showing off  :mwink:
Started Sunday for a breakfast run with some street kids "tar people"  :P no gravel  :'(
The bike just stopped like seriously stopped no fual. When I turned the key its just petrol every where.
So note:
Under the tank from the right hand side you'll see a little white pipe with a orange fitting. Dont know how and mechanic dont know either it came loose. It clips in 3 times you can feel it and then lock.
So have a look fuel is expensive.
So after that enjoyed the res of the day riding.
Weekend total 840km.  :thumleft:

Nobody can be exactly like me. Sometimes even I have trouble doing it.

Went riding yesterday.
2 800XC's, 2 GS's and a Xchallenge.
We did 800km round trip in 15hours (not all riding). We were nackered. I FREAKING  love my XC! Oh my hat, what a bike! It's such an amazing machine. Hope you guys are enjoying your tigers too!

I enjoy mine more and more every time I ride it

As requested....

OK, took a quick pic, made some pretty circles  ;D

The enlarged area shows the visible stepper motor from the right hand side of the bike.
She sits just behind the injector connector.
The article you are looking for is the little "push-rod" with a small black concertina "sock" protecting it, directly behind the injector connection.
You can if your hands are able to, pull the injector connector off and then you have lekker clear access, JUST DO NOT TURN THE IGNITION ON!!!
This will register a fault code on dash and only the tech's can remove it, accompanied with "you could have voided your warranty".
Spray the little farker, don't be fright, job done, lemon squeezy   :thumleft:

Truer word has not been spoken for sometime!!
I spent the day today going from one meeting to the next on my black little tart!!
Even on tar with knobblies she rocks, my one eye is constantly open for a pavement or curb i can barrel over, there is always something to give the suspension to soak up
