This is the route up the mountain and right on the crest you turn left to go down again.


This is where we stayed. The kitchen and lapa is right behind the hut closest to the camera.

Some more.
Monster Pizza and Burgers at The Big Five in Vaalwater.




On the way to Loubad.



At the the swimming spot. We stayed in the water untill about 18:30. It was dark and leeukoud when we got out of the water.


The huts that we slept in. It looks small but there are 2 single beds, a bedside table and 2 little warddrobes wit drawers in each chalet.

The riding was awesome. Most of the gravel roads in the area is in a very good condition and I reached some crazy speeds. The last 20 to 30 K's dirt towards Vaalwater were not that good but that made it more interesting as we had to cross a washed away bridge(See Dodo's last post) and we had a nice water crossing and a few spots of lekker loose sand with some rocky bits in between.
