I also never met Watty face to face, but I enjoyed his posts on the forum and particularly his witty avatars! Wild dogs will be the poorer without him. Rest in peace Watty, my condolences and prayers to friends and family!

Condolences to the family and friends.

I'm still in shock.

Watty was always so quick to help with advice - me and my wife's 1st proper Eastern Cape bike tour were mostly done on recommendations from him.
He didn't know me from a bar of soap yet he phoned me a couple of times with new options and advice.

The bashes that he organized was the best organized and most praised of all the regional bashes.

In my mind Watty was as much part of the Wilddog family as Kilroy or Luckystriker.

RIP grey bearded wise one.
You will be missed.
02/02/12 - RIP Glen - the Arrow of Elliot and the little man with the big heart that truly was larger than life.

You have touched us and left us better for having known you - even if it was only briefly.

For grabbing the moment and living the day It's been way too early that you were taken away

You cannot change what is, But you can change your perception of what is, And if you change your perception of what is, Then you actually change what is.
