So you think it wil work, on two occasion i got mud etc over the rear fender and the bike kept stalling, after much head scratching we opened the cap , it went fine for a while then started its stalling agin, then i got the cap off and blew air from as tyre prsuure hose throught it and it sorted it out, so be aware of this.

Yes it will work. You know now that you mention what and how it happened it makes alot of sense !!
Don`t know why the breather doesn`t have a plastic exstension on as on the other smaler plastick bikes ??? Was just a matter of time that it would have given me some trouble aswell. Thanks for the `HEAD UP`777 ! :thumleft:

I've installed a short breather made by Tusk with the non-return valve.  Buy it at any motorcycle acc store. Only about 2cm long.  I had the long pipe version, but the seat would pinch it every now and again.

I tried a normal long breather pipe but the seat would pinch it.  The American bikes with the SAS canister actually have a long pipe between the cap and the canister, so its certainly possible.
