Excellent pictures.  How comes that most riders seem like they are retired? :lol8:

Not really my favourite pictures of my brand-new bike and me getting washed of a drift in the Cederberg last weekend.

Yes, that is the one.  Just a few hundred meters after the turn off to Nuwerus farm.

Then I phoned my wife who came the next day with car and trailer.  Called the insurance on Monday and dropped the bike off at KTM.  Now we wait.  Will post a short ride report complete with the video later today.

:eek7: Fark Bru! That's now christening your new bike properly! Could have ended badly, glad you okay! This isn't the right time of the year for a swim either.

can't believe I only see this thread now

few contributions that I could find, I'm sure I have better ones stashed away. Cellphone pics, but it's all I have.

1) my loaded 1150GSA, few years back in Cederberg. Damn those pigs look good on a photo, and will even look better again in my garage

2) The Dakkie on a recent Friday afternoon solo ride between Hermon & Wellington. No top-box, now luggage, no curfew.

3)  Not big on selfies, but this one with the wife on top of Gydo pass, we took on our recent dayride to Oasis & back.
