I changed from a BMW 1200GSA to KTM 990 Adv and absolutely love the 990.
For me the bike is SO good that I am willing to put up with the poor service I have received, the reliability issues, the waiting for parts and the lack of dealership network.
I would not go back to BMW unless they can produce a bike that can match the 990.
However if someone asks my opinion on a bike to get for adventure riding I still end up telling them that a BMW is a good option???
