BIKE: 640 KTM Adventure
MISSION: Ride as much dirt road and tracks in namibia

Yes, we all know it isn't the safest thing to do but sometimes its is the best thing to do.
I had 12 days to kill so why not, I packed my faithfull Bantum which we allways chuckle that it is way less in value than the KTM haha but allways gets me there. I drove up from Cape Town and as it is flower time in Namaqua land made the drive great. I arrived in Namibia and slept In Provanance Camp (Felix Uinte River Camp) great venue with Cabanas, Restuarant and BAR.
The next morning I packed and hit the road. Now we all know don't drink and ride but i must say a Ice cold Windhoek in the morning does lossen you up just enough to chill on the dirt and not tense up, so i stuck to that plan the whole trip. (There must be something in the air in Namibia because beer somply tastse better their.)
It was a total wing-it ride with no real plans, no GPS just camping gear and make sure fill up at each petrol station all i had was a tourism map that I collected at the border. In a nut shell the rote started at Noordoewer - Hobaas - Seeheim - West side of Nam - Sesriem - Sous Vlei - Swakopmunt - Usakos - Kamenjab - Damaraland - Palmwag - Twyfelfontein - Windhoek - Maltahue - Aus - Rosh Pinha back to Orange. Now I know there is a massive what bike is the better bike etc and that debate will continue forever, all i want to say is the 640 KTM was made for dirt it did sand, gravel and river crossing NO PROBLEM.
