I arrived home smelling of smoke, sheeps fat and any other healthy natural pong imaginable.

Thanks MOF for all the effort.

Thanks to those that I rode with (Stoetbul, Dodo, Pote, JnrBuill, katy 990 ).

A special thanks to Nismark that helped me after a very awkward fall on the way out - My outoppie back had had enough from the fall and lifting the bike after numerous tries. I eventually had to unpack all the luggage before I could lift it onto its wheels.

Ah, well - that's why anti-inflammatories were invented.

Pity I missed Saturday, but I had a skaapkop date in Calvinia and returning to the bash after that was a bleak option. Thanks for organising the skaapkoppe MOF  :thumleft:

Hulle het vorentoe gesmaak.  :drif:

Dusty Rusty - you are a star. We found you at Middelpos, purring along on your bike. You were only worried that darkness would set in and someone will tell you to stop riding.

I have never seen such a big happy smile.  :thumleft: :thumleft: :thumleft:

I will post pics once they are uploaded to Photobucket.

Home safe . The flowers were simply beautiful on the way back .  :thumleft: That was stunning week-end , thanks Mof.   :thumleft:

What a lovely site for a bash , tucked away in a quite , but beautiful valley. Ok we had to conquer a few sand monsters to get there , but that added to the excitement. And it was great to spend a whole week-end with new and old dogs .I laughed myself silly at all the jokes and teasing . What a great bunch of people.   :thumleft:

Thanks Dusty Rusty for my hand mitts and the hotwater piggy which kept me nice and warm.  The varkie ended up being the star attraction on Saturday night  :laughing4: :laughing4: I think you better give him a good wash
