I'll fix the Stofkoei's satnav system before then. Dunno if MM will have time during the paddling, etc. too actually look at it though  :D
Don't look back, that's not where you're going.

I will post directions, planned route and times closer to the time.  Anyone coming along with a GPS, or are we going the adventurer route using a map or follow our noses?

Also got a GPS and think Groenie still has the route we did up The NEK somewhere.Let me know

Oh at least I have done more than a 1000km without dropping the Stofkoei,I can't say the same for some people.
How many times was Groenie on its side before hitting a 1000km??????????? >:D

meet up at the engen wimpy at the 4 way stop near upperdeck, time? we then have various options, which we can discuss. canal 1 or 2, bnek down to the roads we last rode. or we can start in magaliesburg, take it from there.

Good to hear from you Wino.  I suggested the Cheese Farm because it is not so crowded and it is a nice setting.  It is not really that far from Upper Deck, is it?

:) :)  Do you mean I must come up with an alternative??

Time?  If we meet at 8:30 for breakfast and be ready to roll at 9:30, add 4 to 5 hours (not including waiting for BMW-on-call   ;D) we will be back home by 15:00 latest.  We have a 15:30 commitment every Sunday to have our daughter at the bus stop for boarding school anyway.

A lot of new guys joined in Gauteng.  It will be nice to put names to faces again and to show them that we have nice scenery within a few 100 km ride as well.

Route suggestions?  Shall we start with the "Kanale" and approach Breedts' Nek from the northern side?

Thanks for the invite Red, would be glad to join you.
Hope to convince the wife aswell. :D

Hope Wino's route isn't too technical, she hates to walk long distances.
Maybe it's skill I lack ;D

Red,
have you planned where we are going to go yet? Although I'm looking forward to it regardless of where we go.
