So our trusted Donkey needs a new chain. I don't think it's previous owners owned any chain lube... :confused4:
BMW quoted R1370 for parts + R230 labour, new sprokets and new endless chain.
Question: Is endless chain better than master link chain? (stronger??)
I'm not mechanic enough to take of my swingarm to fit endless chain, so if I go with bMW parts will gladly pay their labour
Else where's good place to get non-BMW chain and sprokets, and any idea how much I'd save? :
I'm not too interested in changing sproket sizes, for our offroad / highway usage th standard sizes just fine...
