The three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40 and a hammer.  If it moves and it shouldn't, use the duct tape.  If it doesn't move and it should, use the WD-40.  Otherwise use the hammer.

Be greatful! Price of one 950 mirror!
You lucky guy, KTM mirrors are cheap! BMW 650GS Mirror is over R400 then you still have to buy the bolt

Suzuki DL mirrors , nigh on 700 for the entire unit ...mebbe more now ...madness

I wonder what the KLR mirrors cost - probably around R11.99 (buy one get one free)  :toothy2:

Probably R1800

If you made a KLR from Kawa spares it would cost you R287 000.

Not the bloody ones in our province, we broke indicators, bend handlebars, plastic radiator shrouds and thats on minor spills, but still better than the useless Dakar mirrors

Pratley steel works wonders to keep the stripped mirror screw in...

Yeah, I was wondering about that. Does it work well (do you actually stick those 4 little thread thingies back on with the Pratley )

I chucked the bolt with the broken tread thingies, but i stripped the thread in the black thing (using all my technical terms here) that the bolt (the R170 one) screws into, on your handlebar. I then mixed some pratley steel, and dipped the R170 bolt into it, screwed it into the tripped hole, and fanny's yer aunt..been working great so far..

Dont buy new mirrors.
Just ride faster, then you won't need it. ;D
