And Legadema ! I hope the ankle is only bruised , it was a very nasty fast tumble that you had.

Just as well Rynet wasn't there............... :peepwall:

Yes Bob can be relieved I wasn't there to thoroughly check out his injuries   :imaposer:  :imaposer: I just hope his bike got off as lightly as he did as I think he may be made of tougher material than his bike  >:D

I was doing some work on the 500S (which I used for this ride) and found out that tyre pressure front and back is 2.7 bars.

No wonder the bike felt a little toothless in the sand. I'd forgotten to deflate the tyres.

I also found that the handlebars are bent to the extent that one side is 3-4cm lower than the other.

I hadn't even noticed before the ride.

If you had'nt noticed, it would'nt matter! :pot:
The harder you pump a tyre, the fatter it swells, and result is also bigger footprint.

I assume you are stirring?

BTW, does standing on the bike lower your COG?

Don't start this again please. :dousing:

Maybe, maybe not, but your balance is in your feet, not your backside!
