HELP HELP HELP.
My 4th learners expires in 2 weeks and I really want to go legit.
Its not so much the care for the law, just the insurers turning a claim down will bankrupt me!
Can anyone here help on a spot to book out of town and be tested inthe next 10 days.
Man am i prepared to travel for it. Anything within 350kms of Jhb is good enough.
